Featuring typical Hawaiian tastes found only at family parties and tributes.  Our Ritz-Carlton chefs will serve you Kalua Pork and sweet potato fresh and hot from the imu (underground oven) along with poi and rice, ahi poke, chicken with long rice and Lu’au he’e (Octopus with coconut milk and taro leaves).  Special items such as opae (Hawaiian fresh water shrimp), opihi (Hawaiian limpets and often referred to as Hawai’is most dangerous catch), haupia (coconut pudding) will also be a part of the main menu! Food items available for additional costs include: The ‘Ohana Pahukoa from Keanae brings their home recipes of coconut candy, poi mochi, kulolo (coconut & taro pudding),  and the very tasty Guava glazed smoked pork hot off the grill prepared by the UPC Boyz. 

Entertainment  by The Kamehameha Maui Campus Hawaiian Music Ensemble.  They absolutely floored the audience with their harmony, hula and incredible talent in 2019 and now their “hana hou” is greatly anticipated.
